Jude Performs Live with Lorie Line at the Historic State Theater

This weekend Jude performed live with Lorie Line at the Historic State Theater.  Well, sort of.  In what was seriously a highlight of my life, Jude and a hundred or so other kids who were in attendance this weekend at the Lorie Line Immanuel show were called to the stage.  Jude was thrilled to get out of his seat.  He was playing Angry Birds on a smart phone at the time they made the announcement.  They dressed the kids in adorable costumes from the 12 days of Christmas.  Jude was a swan a swimming.  All the kids had to stand on stage while the 12 days of Christmas was sung.  Jude couldn’t have been cuter.  His swan hat was about as tall as him and weighed probably about as much as him and kept falling to the side.  Or as Jude said, he kept “pecking” the other swans near him.  One other swan who was older than him was annoyed with Jude and shoved Jude’s big swan head when it repeatedly fell on him.  It was hilarious and had me busting out laughing.  I kept watching intently, waiting for a brawl.  Jude was in his own little world, spinning around occasionally and swimming almost the whole song instead of just when they sung “7 swans a swimming.”  Then, on the way off stage, Mr. Lorie Line (Tim Line) who was dressed as Santa must have recognized how adorable Jude was and stopped to interview him as Jude made his way off stage.  He asked him what his name was and how old he was (to which Jude responded appropriately).  Then the following dialogue took place:

Mr. Lorie Line dressed as Santa:  “Do you believe in Santa?”

Jude: “No.”

Mr. Lorie Line dressed as Santa:  “Then who do you think I am?”

Jude: “A human.”
